That’s why we offer Mazda owners a comprehensive European help service Mazda Europe Service which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in more than 40 European countries.

Mazda Europe Service is provided free of charge after an annual service (according to Mazda maintenance specifications) at one of the official Mazda Austria S.A. partners
The duration of the service is twelve (12) months or 15,000 km / 20,000 km (depending on the model and the manufacturer’s scheduled Service intervals).
This service benefit can be renewed by having the next annual service at one of the official repairers and this is possible for vehicles up to the 15th year after the date of their first registration.
With the Mazda Europe Service Card you can claim the following benefits:
- Rapid service at the point you need help.
- Towing to official Mazda network garages.
- Replacement vehicle or overnight stay if you are travelling / vehicle recovery through Mazda Europe Service.
- Spare parts dispatch if you are in a remote place abroad.
- Vehicle repatriation in case of an accident.
- Accident care by taking over the handling until your vehicle is fully restored.
